Derwent Inktense Pencils

Inktense is so named because of the intense colour effects you can get from these pencils to make artwork look like it's been created using ink.

Apply pure, vibrant dry colour then apply water to leave an ink-like effect. It's a new way of applying colours to fabric!

Pencils allow much more control than just using inks alone. The cores have a highly blendable texture and come in a range of 71 jewel-like colours. In the tin of 72 there is also a non-soluble outliner which allows you to draw outlines that are permanent, even when water is applied.
