Essential for producing intricate rag rugs. The pincer action tip allows you to grip and pull short strips of cloth (about 25 x 80mm) through a hessian backcloth.

No need for knotting as long as enough pieces are put in; the more bits of fabric the tighter the weave on the hessian becomes and this keeps them from coming out.
