Specialist Crafts Printex Fabric Colours

This range requires two components to make a professional textile colour suitable for screen printing or fabric painting that will give fantastic, vivid results.

The binder is a water-based acrylic emulsion and the colours are concentrated pigments in a liquid form. Suitable for fabrics, paper and board.

Printex is mixed 1 part Colour to 20 parts Binder except Opaque White, which is mixed 3-6 parts Colour to 20 parts Binder. Fabrics should be thoroughly washed, rinsed and dried prior to use.

For opaque colours and tints to use on dark fabrics, mix Opaque White and add colour as required. Prints will normally dry within 45 minutes. Once dry, fix the print by ironing fabric on the reverse side. Lightfast and fade-resistant when washed or dry cleaned.

All pigments can be intermixed to create your own range of screen printing inks.
