If you need a more professional print finish then opt for our range of Aluminium Screens. These aluminium frames are more robust and ideal for heavy use. Screens stay tight for longer ensuring reproducible results.

Available in four sizes they are pre-meshed in three grades of yellow mesh so you can opt for a higher quality and finer detail of print than our Quality Wooden Screens. Yellow mesh is ideal for photo stencil work because it absorbs more UV light resulting in increased exposure of the stencil and stronger, better defined printed images. If you need sharp definition in your prints then use frames with yellow mesh at the highest TPC you can afford to buy.

Please note: yellow mesh needs to be exposed for approx. 25% longer than white mesh but remember, the higher the mesh count the lower the exposure time.

Frame thickness - A4/A3: 30mm wide x 30mm deep; A2/A1: 40mm wide x 40mm deep.
