Tyvek Paper is a lightweight spun bonded polyethylene material that combines strength, flexibility and creative versatility. Suitable for art, design and technology projects, it can be drawn, painted and coloured using a variety of media while offering properties that traditional paper cannot achieve.

One of its most distinctive features is its reaction to heat. When heated, Tyvek shrinks, bubbles and distorts, allowing students to explore texture, form and surface transformation through experimental processes. This makes it particularly useful for sculpture, installation work, wearable art and three-dimensional design projects.

Strong yet lightweight 75gsm, it is ideal for coverings, structures and as a structural component within larger models and constructions. Its durable nature makes it equally suited to mixed-media, printmaking and design-based experimentation.

Available as A4 sheets or supplied by the metre at 1020mm wide, providing flexibility for both small-scale studies and larger creative projects.
