Willow Withies

Great for 3D modelling and traditional rustic basketware. These willow sticks, otherwise known as withies are 5-6ft in length making them ideal for either small or large projects. Use at Halloween for making witches broomsticks, lanterns or spooky hanging decorations. Or try using with mod roc, paper or textiles on larger projects.

Before using, soak in warm water to make them pliable. Soak brown withies for 5 days and buff stripped withies for 2-3 hours. Withies are 1.5-1.8m (5-6ft) long and are cut from a sustainable source.

The taller the withies the fewer there are in the bundle.
